1.0 PURPOSE OF THE REPORT
1.1 To provide Council with details of reports received and decisions made by the Executive and any subsequent recommendations to Council since the last meeting of Council on 26 February 2025.

2.0 DETAILS OF THE MEETINGS
2.1 The following sections provide details of decisions made by the Executive and recommendations to Council since its last meeting on 26 February 2025. The meetings were held on the following dates: 18 March 2025; 15 April 2025; 6 May 2025 and 13 May 2025.
2.2 18 March 2025 Executive Meeting
The Executive Members met on Tuesday 18 March 2025. Attending the meeting were: Councillor Carl Les in the Chair and Councillors Mark Crane, Keane Duncan, Simon Myers, Heather Phillips, Janet Sanderson, Greg White and Annabel Wilkinson.
Remote attendance: Councillor Michael Harrison.
In attendance: Councillors Alyson Baker, Caroline Goodrick, Paul Haslam (remote), George Jabbour, Nigel Knapton, and Tony Randerson (remote).
Apologies: Councillor Gareth Dadd.
Substantive agenda items were:
· North Yorkshire Autism All-Age Strategy 2025-2030
· North Yorkshire Council Local Development Scheme
· Community Infrastructure Levy Spending and Infrastructure Funding Statement 2023/24
· Second Homes Council Tax Housing Fund Framework
· Housing Revenue Account Policy Framework
· Repairs Standard
· Acquisition of new build properties in Scarborough and Norton for use as affordable rented accommodation to take into the Housing Revenue Account
· Management Options for Scarborough Museum and Galleries
· Review of Household Recycling and Waste Collection Guidance.

2.3 15 April 2025 Executive Meeting
In attendance: Councillors Paul Haslam, George Jabbour, Philip Broadbank, Peter Lacey, Matt Walker and Richard Foster (remote).
Substantive agenda items were:
· Pay and Display Machine Replacement
· Bus Service Improvement Plan 4 Grant Acceptance and Delivery and Delegation of Public Transport Duties
· Housing Improvement Plan
· Recoverable grant acceptance from Homes England’s Brownfield Infrastructure and Land (BIL) Fund
· Area Committee Feedback Report.

2.4 6 May 2025 Executive Meeting
The Executive Members met on Tuesday 6 May 2025. Attending the meeting were: Councillor Carl Les in the Chair and Councillors Mark Crane, Gareth Dadd, Keane Duncan, Michael Harrison, Simon Myers, Heather Phillips, Janet Sanderson, Greg White and Annabel Wilkinson.
In attendance: Councillors Kevin Foster, Paul Haslam (remote), George Jabbour, Stuart Parsons and Yvonne Peacock.
Substantive agenda items were:
· Adult Social Care Charging Policies
· Town Investment Plans – Accept Funding
· Transfer of former Richmond Grammar School, Caretaker’s Bungalow and Tennis Courts to Richmondshire Building Preservation Trust
· Proposed Changes to the Constitution.

2.5 13 May 2025 Executive Meeting
The Executive Members met on Tuesday 13 May 2025. Attending the meeting were: Councillor Carl Les in the Chair and Councillors Mark Crane, Gareth Dadd, Keane Duncan, Michael Harrison, Simon Myers, Heather Phillips, Janet Sanderson, Greg White and Annabel Wilkinson.
In attendance: Councillors Bryn Griffiths, Paul Haslam and George Jabbour.
